Are you passionate about turning data into action and eliminating manual work through smart automation? We are looking for a Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract and play a key role in developing reporting, harmonising KPIs, and driving automation across the business.

As part of our Operational Excellence function, you will combine technical expertise with business understanding to create scalable reporting solutions and help teams leverage automation and AI in their daily work.

Your role in a nutshell

• Design, build and maintain BI dashboards and reporting solutions using data from underlying databases.
• Harmonise KPIs and reporting practices across functions to enable consistent decision-making.
• Develop automation solutions ranging from Excel/VBA macros to AI-powered applications that reduce manual work.
• Identify automation and AI opportunities across the organisation and support teams in implementing them.
• Act as an internal expert and trusted partner, helping colleagues understand and adopt new technologies.
• Ensure data quality, reliability and consistency across reporting environments.

What we are looking for

• 3–5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, analytics or a similar role.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Tableau and/or Power BI, including direct database reporting.
• Experience in developing automation solutions, from scripting and macros to AI-driven tools.
• A structured and detail-oriented approach combined with curiosity and creative problem-solving skills.
• The ability to explain technical concepts in a practical way to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• A relevant degree in business, engineering, analytics or a related field.
